At Audrey Jay Lash Supply, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following information regarding shipping, returns and refunds before placing your order.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide from New South Wales.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. During product launches, promotional periods and public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and should be used as a guide only.

Typical delivery estimates are:

• NSW: 1–4 business days
• QLD: 2–5 business days
• VIC: 2–5 business days
• SA: 3–6 business days
• WA: 5–10 business days
• TAS: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays and unforeseen carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Audrey Jay Lash Supply is not responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier where possible.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Due to the professional and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement product, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Adhesives & Liquids

Due to storage and handling conditions outside of our control after delivery, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for adhesives, primers, bonders, removers or cleansers unless the product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

For best performance, products should be stored and used according to the instructions provided.

Promade Lashes & Salon Supplies

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Products must remain unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved, customers may be required to return the product before a replacement, store credit or refund is issued.

Return shipping costs may be covered by Audrey Jay Lash Supply where the product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error.

Professional Use

Products sold by Audrey Jay Lash Supply are intended for professional use.

Lash extension adhesives, liquids and related products should only be used by trained and qualified lash artists. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and according to the instructions provided.
